My son works in a sound proof studio most of the day so sometimes hardly spends any time outside in the light in the winter. In December of last year he started feeling very low, found it difficult to get to sleep and when he did was waking again in the early hours. It was tje same again a few weeks ago so I suspected it was SAD and bought the lamp. He is now feeling and sleeping well again after just a couple of weeks using the light in his studio for 2 hours a day. It's quite large but perfect for his room as he can put it on a shelf next to him so it doesn't clutter up his desk. The light is very bright but well diffused.

I brought this not really sure if it would be of any benefit but it has dramatically improved how i'very felt during these dark days. I work in an office with no real natural light, no opening windows, open plan and climate controlled to within an inch of its life. I have a natural dip during my day around 3pm daily and I chose to take my light box into work to see if it would make a difference. And it has, within 15 minutes my energy levels are back up, concentratonight levels up and feeling so much better. Would highly recommend trying this product for yourself

I don’t have SAD but I don’t sleep well and feel so groggy in the mornings. A friend recommended this and boy was she right! This has transformed my mornings. Funny thing is, I have lots of cats and dogs and they all congregate around it too! I wish I could add a photo!! This truly wakes me up and whilst it has not regulated my sleep pattern yet, I honestly think it will help. It’s early days. I think everyone should have one of these. I even have it on while I eat lunch! The kids love it, my husband loves it and if you are hesitating, don’t! Buy it!
