About Lumie SAD Lights & Lighting
At Lumie they specialise in light therapy and only light therapy. Nothing else.
Based just outside Cambridge, UK, they have been researching, designing and developing light therapy products for 19 years, using the natural benefits of light to help treat SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), combat jet lag and improve sleep and mood.
They pioneered the concept of integrated dawn simulators and began selling lights to wake you up way back in 1993. These days they have a complete dawn simulator range and the 'Bodyclock' range is a best-seller, largely responsible for bringing light therapy into the mainstream health and well-being arena.
