Our Daylight Energiser Full Spectrum Bulbs are a great working light and are a benefit to SAD sufferers as well as everybody as they give better visual accurity and help you feel less tired whilst reading and working, however they are not a treatment like a lightbox and cannot give the same benefits as a lightbox.

The Full Spectrum Bulbs give an excellent quality light but without the intensity of the medically proven Light Boxes .

THese bulbs are available in 11 Watt (60W equivalent) to 30 watt and a choice of Bayonet Cap (BC) or Screw Cap (Edison Screw).
